RETURN, REFUND & Cancellation

Before ship, our products face several stages of product check. Only after proper quality check, we ship your order(s).

However, if in case you found any transportation damage, please email us within 24 hours to info@russet.co.in with the defective item pictures/ videos. Thus, we’ll exchange the same product or refund your full amount within 7 working days of getting the defective item at our warehouse.

If we don’t get your return request email within 24 hours then unfortunately, there will not be any return and refund from our end.

Please make sure to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  1. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Once your return is received, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you about your returned item along with the approval or rejection reason(s).

If your return is approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days of the refund approval.

Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received a refund on-time, first cross-check with your bank.

Only then contact us because it may take some more time at your bank when your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping policy

At Russet, we strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders, whether you're a domestic or international customer, or part of our valued B2B or B2C clientele. Please read through our shipping policy for more details.


Domestic Shipping

  • B2C Orders: Orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
  • B2B Orders: Orders will be delivered within 10-20 working days, depending on order size and requirements.

International Shipping


  • B2B and B2C Orders: Orders will be delivered within 10-20 working days.


Important Notes


  1. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  2. Shipment timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, holidays, or natural disruptions.
  3. For bulk orders or customized requirements, shipping timelines may be extended. You will be notified in such cases.


Tracking Your Order


Once your order is dispatched, we'll notify you with the tracking detail(s). You can track your shipment status using the provided tracking number.


Please keep in mind that due to some unforeseen situation or external events, your parcel may get delayed then we'll try our best to inform you about the same. However, it does not happen usually.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items may or may not be refunded. The final decision will be from Russet's team.

If you need to return/refund/exchange the item, please send us an email at info@russet.co.in so that we'll let you know the further process of return/refund/exchange.

The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund - This is applicable on B2B order(s) only.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service with purchasing shipping insurance.

Please make sure that we don’t accept return/refund/exchange for the items having a value of more than Rs.2,000/-

Also, we don’t accept the return/refund/exchange for wholesale/bulk orders but only in exceptional cases.
